About this item

  • NVR has no audio output; must connect with HDMI cable to HD TV to hear sound, ensure camera supports audio, two-way audio needs cellphone app, system requires network connection. When connected to network, only supports 2.4G WiFi, not 5G WiFi.
  • Dual WiFi: Internal wifi between NVR and cam, camera pairs with Hiseeu NVR without network. Wi-Fi router: NVR is a recorder with integrated router.
  • Wireless NVR requires 12V 2A output or 12V 3A output power supply. Using 12V 1A cameras' power supply for NVR will not provide enough power for the hard drive.
  • Hiseeu Wireless NVR can handle up to 16 cameras; check NVR version by right-clicking nvr mouse, selecting system setup, then general setup.
  • To pair with camera: 1. right-click NVR mouse, choose camera 2. press camera reset button for about 6s 3. click + icon 4. wait for camera IP address 172.20.14.** to appear, indicating successful camera addition.
